As much as I can go on talking about Dead or Alive games, I will always most likely share the comparable types of fighting that the series has to offer for ourselves. Though other guest fighters like Naotora Ii and Mai Shiranui never got their Tag rival cutscene, I think it deserves a bonus. Dead or Alive 5 even lets you check out the Virtua Fighters get their Tag rival cutscene, which was something rather interesting. Dead or Alive 6 never included those options where you can view those things from what I mentioned, and even worse is the absence of Tag Mode which takes the fun away from the fighting since it was included from Dead or Alive 2 and onwards.

We even had our appeal on the costumes that were never censored like Rachel's fiend costume which shows a lot of skin had to be darkened half way in Dead or Alive 6, I don't know if they did that for e-sports or was it on purpose to censor the game for it's "Core Values"? The next thing on why Dead or Alive 5 is better for the fact is that people can check out the cutscenes straight from the story mode of the game as well as the fighter's Victory and Defeat taunts, and to top it all off are the girl's private paradise where you can view their relaxation on Zack Island. And then we've had so many returning stages like it's almost a dream come true. Which makes that about 6 guest fighters and 15 male fighters alongside with 21 female fighters, I must say that's a lot of these family rosters. The reason why I want to bring this up once more is that Dead or Alive 5 had an entire number of 36 fighters in the rosters. Sure enough I know, but that's not the point. Sure I know some people say "But Dead or Alive 6 has a much better layout and the fighting is improved". But I want to get that out of the way and talk about why Dead or Alive 5 is better than Dead or Alive 6. But sadly even these days, their anime themed costumes would discontinue probably because of licensing. I've actually enjoyed those anime themed DLC costumes when they originally released them in stores. I mean that game is most likely a definitive version of Dead or Alive 5 that was released back in 2012 and for a few years that game included additional fighters, more stages, and tons of DLCs which at the time, was really something for us. It's unknown likely that we'll get a Dead or Alive 6: Ultimate, but for now I had to go back and still play Dead or Alive 5: Last Round. That alone makes it even more outrageous that Team Ninja even apologized for their "misstep" on their fighting game that only ran for a year. Worst one of all was that controversial Hair Color option where you had to pay one for each hairstyle.

For over the past few months, it has been a full year since Dead or Alive 6 has had it's support and then ended after the backlash on many pricey DLCs.
